Matt 20: 18-24
Motherhood is neither a limitation nor disadvantage as was wrongly perceived by a lot of women.
It is rather a calling and an opportunity to make impacts on the life of upcoming generation. You can become all that God intends you to become despite being a mother.
MAJOR WISDOM INSTRUCTION THAT BREAKS LIMITATION ON MOTHER
Do not over-mother your children
Allow your children grow with as necessary guidance as possible. You do not have to be involved in their lives every step of the way. In doing that, you would be ‘too controlling’ and ”too domineering’ in the choice of spouse, how to relate with the spouse, the kind of job they can even do.
Many mothers go as far as choosing the courses their children must study. Those kinds of mothers try to fulfil their unmet dreams through their children by forcing them into careers they are ill-suited for or passionate about.
Your children are not there for you to live your dreams through them. Allow your children to grow, release them into their purpose. Your children will most likely not rise to their potential or ability if you do not allow them to outgrow their dependency on you.
Do not under-mother your children
The same way it is dangerous to over-mother your children is the same way it is dangerous to under-mother your children. There is a role you need to play and those needs cannot be unmet. You must do all that is required of you. Be involved, be active.
It is important that you see yourself beyond your role as a mother and a wife.

Asides being mothers, some of you are meant to function in boardrooms, as captains of industries, as pioneers. Your role as a mother is critical but you cannot be defined by that role alone.
