Topic: The Secrets for Attracting and Maximising Divine Connections (Part 3)
Text: Mark 1: 35-37
Life becomes easy when your steps are ordered by the Lord. At that point, losses are minimized and eliminated. Pain is also evaded when your steps are ordered by the Lord. People move into profit when their steps are ordered by the Lord. Regrets in an individual’s life (be it in business or marriage) usually results from steps ordered by the eyes of the individual.
This means where you observe regrets in your life, it means your steps are not ordered by God but rather your human logic and perception. Thus, when the eyes or mind order one’s steps, the direction of the eyes will result in the individual seeing and experiencing pain. When people’s opinions order one’s steps, regrets will be the ultimate end result.
Proverbs 14: 12 (NKJV) “There is a way that seems right to a man, But its end is the way of death.” We should always pray this prayer – “Please order my steps, oh God.” It is a simple prayer. If you do not know how to bind the devil or lose and break barriers, this prayer will help you. Everything we do in life should be as an order from God. Life as a believer should be about your steps being ordered by the Lord.
Life is a series of connections. The prayer that is yet to be answered can potentially be in the form of a person you are yet to meet. Prayers are not answered by spirits, otherwise the answers would be illegitimate. This is why it is often said that God’s blessing comes from men to men through men. Reject every answer from spirits in whatever you pray.
You cannot be anointed as a believer and secluded from others. You cannot be established without men in your life. We, humans need each other. God created man to need, to depend on each other. Just because a person cannot get you what you need does not mean they cannot link you to who you need. A person may not have what you need but he can know or can connect you to who you need to get what you want.
Remarkably, the shocking thing about life is that the person that can help you might not even look like it. If you are struggling in life, look around you, when there are no men around or above you that can help you, this is due to the absence of vital relationships in your life.
One of the secrets of attracting destiny helpers and divine connections is pursuing God. Every time God wants to change your life, level or season, He brings an introducer into your life. May God not let us ignore introducers because our sight is on money.
The first sign from God that money is coming your way is that your relationships begin to change. You begin to attract people that want to introduce you to others. Avoid the mentality that just because someone wants to introduce you to others instead of giving you money, it is a waste of your time. When God starts changing your relationships, be aware that God is likely about to start giving you resources. Note that money brings men; men bring money. Always be enthusiastic when people want to introduce you to others.
Imagine this scenario – an individual has a direction where God has led him to go, with people around following him. Based on this scenario, is it not mysterious to note that the people that the individual perceives he does not need are the ones that call for him, whereas, the people he needs, they are the ones he attempts to reach out for.
In life, the people you do not need will call for you and they are easy to reach. Is it not interesting to note that it was the devil that reached out to Jesus after Jesus fasted for forty (40) days and was hungry in Matthew 4: 1 – 11?
In life situations, be aware that before the true helpers come, the fake ones can and will come. Beware of early invitations of assistance. The ones you do not need will invite you to different engagements. It is the ones you need that you reach out to. The ones you need are the ones that God brings into your life.
When people have been with you, once you begin to pray, your relationship with them moves to another level. If you begin to wonder why the people around you are not helping you, get into the place of prayer. When you begin to pray, people will begin to follow after you. Everyone you will naturally have been looking for will begin to follow you because you have spent time looking for and discovering God. When you find God and touch His heart through your efforts, God will moves the heart of the people around you to follow you. The people you (and others) look for and need would begin to look for you. I pray that as you begin to pursue God, may men start to pursue you.
Acts 12: 5 – 14 (MSG) “All the time that Peter was under heavy guard in the jailhouse, the church prayed for him most strenuously. Then the time came for Herod to bring him out for the kill. That night, even though shackled to two soldiers, one on either side, Peter slept like a baby. And there were guards at the door keeping their eyes on the place. Herod was taking no chances! Suddenly there was an angel at his side and light flooding the room. The angel shook Peter and got him up: “Hurry!” The handcuffs fell off his wrists. The angel said, “Get dressed. Put on your shoes.” Peter did it. Then, “Grab your coat and let’s get out of here.” Peter followed him, but didn’t believe it was really an angel—he thought he was dreaming. Past the first guard and then the second, they came to the iron gate that led into the city. It swung open before them on its own, and they were out on the street, free as the breeze. At the first intersection the angel left him, going his own way. That’s when Peter realized it was no dream. “I can’t believe it—this really happened! The Master sent his angel and rescued me from Herod’s vicious little production and the spectacle the Jewish mob was looking forward to.” Still shaking his head, amazed, he went to Mary’s house, the Mary who was John Mark’s mother. The house was packed with praying friends. When he knocked on the door to the courtyard, a young woman named Rhoda came to see who it was. But when she recognized his voice—Peter’s voice!—she was so excited and eager to tell everyone Peter was there that she forgot to open the door and left him standing in the street.”
From the passage of Acts 5 which narrates the imprisonment and rescue of Peter, it is realised that God that created the heaven and earth, understands the protocol of the earth.
On earth, spirits do not lead men to their next level; men must lead men. God, the one that created flesh, caused an angel to appear as a man to give him legitimacy on earth. This lets us know that whatever God needs to do to get us to the next level, He will do it. God will schedule your helpers to bring you out of your struggles.
